• Business data - menu, orders, sales and inventory records you enter into POSflow.
• Usage & device data - log data, IP address, browser type and basic analytics.
• Free-plan sync data - the free desktop app operates fully offline for day-to-day use, but periodically syncs aggregate sales and usage data to our servers in the background when internet is available. We use this to understand product usage and reach out about relevant plan upgrades.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to provide and improve our services, process payments, provide support, send service-related communications, recommend relevant plans or features based on your usage, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Payment information

Card and wallet payments are processed by PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

We share data only with service providers who help us operate (hosting, payments, analytics), when required by law, or with your consent. All providers are bound by confidentiality obligations.
