1. Services

POSflow provides point-of-sale and business management software on a subscription basis, along with optional setup, integration and consulting services.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for safeguarding your login credentials, and for all activity under your account.

3. Subscriptions & billing

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis in the currency shown on our pricing page.
• A free desktop app is available for single-outlet use; you will not be charged unless you subscribe to a paid plan.
• Fees are exclusive of any applicable taxes, which will be added where required by law.
• You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the services, reverse-engineer the software, resell access without authorization, or use POSflow for any unlawful purpose.

5. Intellectual property

All software, branding and content remain the property of POSflow. You retain ownership of the business data you enter into the system.

6. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. POSflow includes offline functionality so the point of sale continues to operate during connectivity outages.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, POSflow is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the preceding three months.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore.
